Jill joined the Dawson Insurance team in December 2014. Her customer service-centric career includes experience in student financial services, daycare curriculum and operations, and banking. Her primary responsibilities at Dawson include reviewing policies, issuing certificates and providing overall support to her account manager.
Jill says that the best part of her job is her co-workers, noting that everyone has a great attitude and truly enjoys what they do. That shows in the customer service Dawson provides, Jill says, which is “above and beyond”, whether talking to a client in person or on the phone.
In her free time, Jill enjoys spending time with her husband and their daughter as well as shopping, reading, and going to the lake in the summer.
