Tom began his insurance career in 1973 and is currently involved in all types and sizes of commercial and personal insurance accounts. He holds the CIC (Certified Insurance Counselor), and CPCU (Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter) designations. Tom was past president of the North Dakota Association of Independent Agents and is currently the State National director from North Dakota for the Independent Insurance Agents and Brokers of America. He was also recognized as “Agent of the Year” for North Dakota. Tom is a former member of the Board of Governors for the Society of Certified Insurance Counselors.
