Client Safety Coordinator

Originally from Wadena, Minnesota, Matt joined the Dawson Team in 2010 as Client Safety Coordinator.  Prior to joining Dawson, Matt served area business leaders as a Training and Development Consultant with Corporate Adventures, LLC.  Matt developed a critical eye for safety through his work in operations management of high ropes challenge course events and enterprise risk management experience gained while employed with Lutheran Social Services of North Dakota. 

Matt is a Certified Professional in Human Resources, an Associate Member of the UND Conflict Resolution Center, certified in Civil and Employment Mediation, and a graduate of Minnesota State University, Moorhead.

Away for the office, Matt enjoys golf, biking, kayaking, and spending time at the lake.  Matt has also been a Family Support Foster Parent with PATH since 2001 and is always on the lookout for others interested in staying young by sharing time and talent with at-risk youth.
