Natalie has over 19 years of insurance experience, having worked as a Claim Representative with State Farm Mutual Insurance Company, Fargo, and with State Auto Insurance Company based out of Milbank, South Dakota.  Prior to joining the Dawson team in 2010, Natalie worked as a client service representative at Vision Bank in Fargo.

Natalie earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from North Dakota State University.  She currently holds the AIC (Associate in Claims) designation and is working towards her CPCU (Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter) designation.

Away from the office Natalie enjoys golf, reading and spending time with her family.
