Jen is a graduate of Minnesota State University, Moorhead with a degree in Business Administration and a minor in Psychology.  She began her insurance career in 2002 working with a direct writer and joined the Dawson team in 2005 as a Commerical Lines Account Assistant.  Jen was promoted to Commercial Lines Account Manager in 2007. 

Jen currently holds the Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designation and is pursuing the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation. 

Outside the office, Jen enjoys spending time at the lake with her family and friends, scrapbooking, and traveling.
