Renae is a NE South Dakota native who joined the Dawson Insurance team in 2004.  Focusing on personal lines insurance, she began her career in insurance as a Policy Processing Specialist at the State Auto Insurance Company in 2002.   In her years prior to insurance she was a claims representative for a 3M Customer Service Center and an owner/manager of a full service bridal and gift shop.  

One for creativity, attention to detail and people, Renae has been Dawson Insurance Agency’s lead Employee Campaign Coordinator for our annual United Way campaigns since 2005.  She has been an active participant within the United Way by serving on the Employee Campaign Coordinator Council and by assisting with the training of other area Employee Campaign Coordinators. 

Renae, her husband and two children live in south Fargo.  In addition to spending time with family and friends, she enjoys baking, reading, quilting/sewing/decorating and crafts of all kinds including scrapbooking.   She’s often found cheering at her son’s ball games (football and basketball) and working on creative crafty projects with her daughter…who some would say is her Mom’s “mini me”.
