Wayne began his insurance career in 1981. He is the manger of the Dawson Insurance Surety Department. Wayne currently holds the CIC (Certified Insurance Counselor) designation.

While he holds a property and casualty license, Wayne’s focus is on surety bonds with an emphasis on contract surety.

Wayne was past president of the F-M Builders Exchange and the Independent Insurance Agents of North Dakota and has served as the secretary/treasurer of the Associated General Contractors of North Dakota.
