Joni joined the Dawson team in 2003 assisting commercial lines clients as an account manager.  Prior to joining Dawson, Joni worked in the construction business since 1983.  

Joni currently holds the CIC (Certified Insurance Insurance Counselor) designation and is pursuing the CPCU (Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter) designation.  

Joni enjoys the customer service aspect of her position as it allows her direct contact with the public and an opportunity to develop personal relationships with her clients.

Joni lives in Fargo and has two grown children who also live in Fargo.  In her spare time, Joni enjoys spending time outdoors, boating at the lake on weekends, and follows the Moorhead Spuds hockey team in the winter.
